Ernesto Pérez Carrillo presents Allegiance and Inch Nicaragua, two new tobaccos that are the result of his collaboration with Oliva and Plasencia.
When a great and renowned tobacco master like Ernesto Pérez Carrillo joins his knowledge of tobacco with two great Nicaraguan brands, only good and interesting things can come out. EP Carrillo has presented his two brand new creation in the Intertabac 2022 show. They are the result, precisely, of two external collaborations.
Fort he first one, Pérez Carrillo has worked with the Nicaraguan brand Oliva, for a new limited edition, but with vocation for continuity: EP Carrillo Allegiance. There are only 7.500 boxes of ten cigars for the whole world (two thirds of this will remain in the US market), nut the good news is they promise to repeat the edition in the be coming years. For its creation, Allegiance uses the same Sumatran Ecuador wrapper that Oliva uses for its Melanio line, with Nicaraguan binder and filler, in a 6 ¼ x 50 (158 mm x 50) box pressed format.
The second cigar is the result of another successful collaboration. Ernesto Pérez Carrillo has sought out the Plasencia family to renew the Inch brand with a new version from Nicaragua. The new Inch Series 60 is a one hundred percent Nicaraguan tobacco, with a dark red wrapper and a 5 7/8 x 60 (150 mm x 60) format.
