The Cigar Brand Stock Market concept has grown to become one of the most popular segments for Smoke Night LIVE. Because we didn’t initially anticipate this, we’ve only recently begun documenting the show’s picks. As far as we can tell (or are willing to research back to), our most recent episode was roughly the sixth time we’ve run the segment, and the third time we’ve really tracked the results.
The Cigar Brand Stock Market is a segment on Cigar Dojo’s Smoke Night LIVE show, where we attempt to boil down sentiment on a variety of cigar brands/companies by asking a panel of cigar enthusiasts the hypothetical question: “Would you buy, hold, or sell stock in brand/company X?” We feel that the results tell an interesting narrative as to the perception of a company/brand’s current direction. When multiple segments of the show are lined up, the highs and lows of a given company/brand may offer even more revealing trends.
The most recent Cigar Brand Stock Market aired on Friday, Dec. 16th, 2022. Participants included Cigar Dojo’s Master Sensei and Producer-Kid Jordan, joined by William Cooper (Cigar Coop), Alex Tavella (Smoke Inn), Matt Tye (How Bout That Cigar), and Emmett Malone (Blind Man’s Puff).
