Since 2021, CLE Cigar Co. has offered limited smoking experiences exclusive to retailers that attend the annual PCA trade show. While the former two years were limited to the company’s Eiroa and Asylum brands, this year saw the addition of a comparable offering under the CLE brand.
This series allows company owner, Christian Eiroa, the chance to showcase new and/or unique tobaccos, operating in the ultra-premium category. With the CLE PCA Exclusive 2023, the cigars incorporate tobaccos from the Eiroa family’s new South American farm, seen throughout the binder and filler blend. These leaves—previously not seen before from CLE—are finalized in an Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper, being described as offering “an extremely smooth smoking experience that features a hint of spice.”
Christian Eiroa said:” I wanted to create a premium Connecticut cigar like no other. We have been secretly cultivating tobacco in South America and this is the first blend that contains tobacco from this farm.”

Like all other PCA cigars from CLE, the cigars are offered in special boxes that double as an ashtray. There were 12,000 cigars made for the 2023 release, being split between four sizes. The CLE PCA Exclusive 2023 is priced from $17 to $19 MSRP, and the cigars are now shipping to retailers that ordered at this summer’s PCA trade show in Las Vegas.
