Gurkha Cigar Group, Inc. showcased several new products at the 2024 TAA Trade Show in Aruba, featuring special releases and collaborations for the coming year.
The first release, the Gurkha V by Oscar Valladares, is a limited edition exclusive for TAA retail members. Limited to 1,000 boxes, this Honduran puro is manufactured by Oscar Valladares in Honduras. The cigar is a box-pressed 6 1/8×52 torpedo packaged in 10-count blue boxes, retailing at $18.95 per cigar. Shipping is planned for January 2025.
Another addition, the Gurkha Year of the Snake, is set to launch in early 2025 in collaboration with Ernesto Perez-Carrillo, Oscar Valladares, and Oliva Cigar Co. Commemorating the upcoming Chinese New Year, these cigars are housed in limited-edition humidors featuring a decorative snake. The 10-count boxes, offered in various colors and designs, have an MSRP of $19.00 per cigar.
Finally, Gurkha introduced Volition America by Gurkha Cigars, set to release on November 11 at the Folds of Honor Golf Tournament. Each purchase of this cigar supports Folds of Honor, with 13% of proceeds benefiting scholarships for fallen soldiers and first responders. Volition America cigars are available in Maduro, Habano, and Connecticut wrappers, all in a 6×54 Toro format, and carry an MSRP of $13.00.
