Lure Cigars announces “The Mean Jean,” the latest addition to its Habano core line. This Box Press Toro 6×52 features a new blend of tobaccos, responding to requests for a stronger and more flavorful cigar. Named after Jeanne, wife of owner Lou Cross, “The Mean Jean” reflects the robust profile of this blend.
“The Mean Jean” features a Habano 2000 wrapper, Ometepe binder, and filler tobaccos from Esteli, Jalapa, and Ometepe ligero, delivering a flavor profile with notes of leather, dark roast coffee, baking spices, and a sweet chili pepper finish. Packed in 10-count sealed wax packs with Boveda humidification, this new release is available as a Box Press 6×52 Toro (MSRP $14.00/cigar).
Launching on July 27th, 2024, at Boll Weevil Fine Cigars in Enterprise, Alabama, “The Mean Jean” is also available for pre-order at select retailers listed on lurecigars.com, with nationwide distribution starting the week of the release.
