BLACKENED Cigars “M81” by Drew Estate Now Shipping to Participating Drew Diplomat Program Members in U.S.
Unveiled during Drew Estate’s “Freestyle Live: Special Edition” broadcast on Sept. 28, and then sampled at the Kentucky Barn Smoker and Drew Estate Presents—Savage Feast, BLACKENED Cigars “M81” by Drew Estate is now shipping to participating Drew Diplomat Program members in the United States.
“BLACKENED Cigars ‘M81’ by Drew Estate is a dark, bold and unapologetic collaboration into what Rob, Jonathan and I believe is the perfect full-bodied cigar,” says James Hetfield of Metallica.
BLACKENED Cigars “M81” by Drew Estate journeys the world of Drew Estate’s beloved Maduro leaves, starting with a thick and oily Maduro wrapper that’s grown in the volcanic soil of Mexico’s San Andres Valley, a Connecticut River Valley Broadleaf Maduro binder and a filler blend of Nicaraguan and Pennsylvania Broadleaf Maduro tobaccos, including Drew Estate’s boldest Pennsylvania Broadleaf ligero.
“I am stoked to present BLACKENED Cigars ‘M81’ by Drew Estate to the world,” says Rob. “It is a heavy leaf cigar that’s all about the taste and the blend. Maduro to the core, BLACKENED ‘M81’ is rich and powerful with alluring notes of espresso, leather and dark chocolate, that will satisfy the most experienced cigar smokers, but it is beautifully balanced so newer cigar smokers can enjoy it too.”
Presented in copper-accented black 20-count boxes, BLACKENED Cigars “M81” by Drew Estate debuts in four sizes: Robusto (5 x 50), Toro (6 x 52), Corona Doble (7 x 50), and Corona (5 x 43). Now exclusively available to Drew Diplomat Program participants, BLACKENED Cigars “M81” by Drew Estate’s MSRPs are: $183/box or $9.15/cigar for the Corona; $189/box or $9.45/cigar for the Robusto; $197/box or $9.85/cigar for the Toro; and $207/box or $10.35/cigar for the Corona Doble.
