Padrón has been established for 60 years – which is a wonderful reason to launch a very special new cigar: the Perfecto measures 6 1/2? and has a ring gauge of 56 at its thickest point. The Nicaraguan puro will be launched – later this year – as a natural and maduro version.
Jorge Padrón Jr. shows us the anniversary cigar at the PCA – it stands in the center of the beautiful, stylish and elegant Padrón booth where numerous family photos illustrate the impressive history of the traditional manufacturer on the walls above.
“The vitola is not box-pressed and the cigar is launched in boxes of 10,” explains Jorge Padrón Jr. The design of the ring is based on the earlier Padrón bands.
Padrón Cigars is also launching a range of accessories created in cooperation with S.T. Dupont.
