Announced one month ahead of the annual PCA trade show, La Aurora will be showcasing the latest edition of Puro Vintage, which has been hailed among the company’s finest offerings since the line’s debut in 2008.
New for 2024, the Puro Vintage 2014 has been named for the year of harvest for the tobaccos throughout the blend. Despite the cigar’s puro name, the recipe is fairly diverse, including an Ecuador Havana wrapper, a Brazilian binder, and fillers from the Dominican Republic, Colombia, and Nicaragua.
“It’s always a joy to attend PCA to share all that is La Aurora. It’s fitting that this year’s theme is ‘Legacy of the Leaf,’ because La Aurora is built on legacy,” shares Guillermo León, President and CEO. “La Aurora is not just a brand; it’s my family’s legacy that has been passed down for over five generations. Which is why it’s important that my family is present at PCA to show our commitment to the industry, as well as celebrate all the other family legacies that make this industry so special.”
La Aurora has rolled the Puro Vintage 2014 in a single 6½” x 50/60 salomon format, offering the cigars in eight-count boxes that will ship globally. The cigars are priced at $26.50 MSRP, and will first be displayed at next month’s PCA trade show before shipping in mid-April.
